Length of Lessons:

Each private tutorial is one hour,  1.5 hours, or 2 hours in length. Students may register for one or more tutorial sessions per week. Facetime or Zoom sessions are available.

Group Lessons:

For exam preparation and for summer programs, group lessons of 2 hours in length are available.

​

Punctuality:

Should you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time due to your tutor’s timetable and payment for the full session is required.

Hourly Rate:

To be confirmed at the moment of registration

Fee:

Fee payments are to be made at the beginning of each month. 

​

Lesson Cancellations:

Notification of inability to attend a lesson is a courtesy.  If a student needs to reschedule a lesson, a notice of 24-36 hours is required.

Rescheduling:

Any missed lessons needs to be rescheduled. Every effort will be made to book them when an opening becomes available. If our schedules don’t match, after giving several options, the student will forfeit the missed lesson. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled on Holidays or during school breaks.

Make-up Classes: 

A make-up class must be used within 1 month of the original cancelled class. Make-up classes cannot be scheduled during the holidays. The make-up classes cannot be transferred to the following school year.

Supplementary Classes: 

Supplementary classes to accommodate exam preparation, special projects, etc. can be accommodated. Tuition fees for supplementary classes are due upfront, on the day of the class.

Homework:

Weekly homework will be assigned, and is expected to be completed.

​

Termination of Services:

A month notice is required and appreciated
